Microbial Genomics

High throughput DNA sequencing now provides the opportunity to characterise the microbiota present in samples. The majority of our projects utilise these sequencing techniques to analyse soil and air samples, giving us tremendous insights into the interlinkages between environmental conditions and microbial communities.

We are currently working in partnership with some of the leading laboratory facilities in Australia.
